Earlier this year Halle Berry and her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, are reportedly duking it out again over custody of their three year old daughter Nahla. Berry alleges that Gabriel Aubry violated their custody agreement they settled on in April. Berry’s legal team has provided the court with a document detailing Aubry’s skills as a parent, with Berry alleging that Aubry has been negligent as a father.
The allegations documented in Berry’s claim state that in an incident overseas a Canadian model was negligent with Nahla, putting her in danger of physical harm. Berry then asked that the judge rule in her favor that Gabriel had violated their custody agreement but the judge scheduled their court appearance for a later date due to Aubry’s absence.
