Following a horrific Jet Ski accident that left him with water in his lungs, a broken jaw and a fractured wrist Sean Kingston is on the mend. Twenty-one year old singer Sean Kingston was involved in a Jet Ski accident with a female passenger in Miami Beach when the pair crashed into a bridge. Kingston and the female passenger were both taken immediately to the hospital and while the female passenger, Cassandra Sanchez has already been released from the hospital Kingston is still in critical condition although doctors say that he is stable, with Kingston’s injuries requiring an estimated 6 weeks to mend.
Details continue to emerge as the investigation gets underway; with Sanchez herself saying that the two were going “really fast” and that she thinks Kingston lost control of the watercraft when he attempted to avoid the bridge. Sanchez went on to say that he has no intentions of filing any charges against Kingston, saying “I know this whole thing was just an accident, I won’t be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy”. Reps from Kingston’s camp say that the singer is at Ryder Trauma Center at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center and reps for Kingston have also released the following statement: “Sean's family asks for privacy at this time but is thankful to his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well-wishes”
