Terrell Owens Asks Judge to LOWER Child Support Payments

NFL star Terrell Owens asked a judge in California to lower his child support payments due to financial woes.T.O's lawyers recently asked a judge in Northern California to lower child support payments because his money isn't what it used to be.

His rep added, ''His child support payments should mirror his income today and not be based on his income from over four years ago.''

If the judge agrees baby momma Monique Reynolds won't be getting the sizable checks she's used to.

Daddy Dearest:Mel B Daughter Phoenix Chi Says Her Father Held Her HOSTAGE

Phoenix Chi the oldest daughter of ''X-Factor:Australia'' judge Mel B filed a report accusing her father Jimmy Gulzar of holding her hostage.The ish allegedly went down on October 11 when Jimmy refused to let Phoenix leave his apartment after one of her ''custodial visits''.

According to a source close to the situation

''The cops had to be called to enforce the court order which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix.There was a stand off for several hours.

When it became clear that Gulzar wasn't going to turn Phoenix over, LAPD responded and told Jimmy he had to allow his daughter to leave his apartment.''

But it gets worse

''When Phoenix came out she was extremely distraught and very upset.The police immediately took her to the police station to fill out a report.''

In the police report it states

''Victim is suspect's daughter.Suspect has visitation rights with daughter.When daughter attempted to leave suspect's house to go to mother's house suspect grabbed victim's arm refusing to let her leave.

In 2000 he was arrested for fighting with Mel B's sister Danielle and was convicted of assaulting a three year old austistic boy in 2002.

Kim Kardashian is filing for a divorce from her husband of 72 days Kris Humphries.Now that the wedding circus is over Kim can get rid of her prop.Mrs. Kardashian Humphries(she actually never changed her name officially) is indeed filing the divorce papers today in Los Angeles.Ryan Seacrest her good friend and producer of all her shows confirmed that YES Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce this morning.I touched base with her.Getting a statement in just a few minutes.She grabbed up divorce lawyer to the stars Laura Wasser and she cited ''Irreconcilable Differences'' on the papers.The date of the seperation listed is October 31st and Kim is not seeking anulment.After a multi million wedding that spun 2 hours and all the hoopla leading up to it was it worth it?Probably for Kim's pockets but what about Nets star Kris Humphries who is still facing an NBA lockout?

Kim's statement:After careful consideration I have decided to end my marriage.I hope everyone understands that this was not an easy decision.I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things dont work out as planned.We remain friends and wish each other the best.

The two seemed like they never really wanted to get married if anyone saw the wedding special on E.All the pomp and circumstances pushed it along.The reason for ending their marriage was because Kris wanted to move back to Minnesota and Kim wanted to stay in L.A for her career and they thought they would just figure it out after the wedding hoopla.

Sources close to the former couple says that one of the main points of the contention in the marriage was where the couple was going to live after all the wedding madness finally died down.

Kris was passionate about settling down in Minnesota where he's from and believed that Kim was on board with the plan.

Kim who is from L.A wanted to stay near her family and she also feels that staying in town is the best thing for her career.

The two talked about their future but had gotten caught up in the hooplah and figured that they would figure it out after they tied the knot.
