Chicago's Cook County Sheriff's spokesperson Frank Bilecki told the AP that Siohvaughn Funches Wade was charged with misdemeanor charges-2 counts of attempted child abduction,2 counts of unlawful visitation interference and 1 count of resisting arrest this weekend.
Dwyane Wade has temporary full custody of his sons Zaire and Zion.Siohvaughn was given visitation rights.She did not bring the boys to Dwyane's sister in Chicago Saturday at the agreed upon 12pm time so they could make a 3pm flight to Miami for Father's Day.
Dwyane's sister called the Sheriff's office to check in the home when Siohvaughn would not answer calls after several hours.
Dwyane's lawyer James Pritikin filed an emergency motion to suspend Sioh's visitation rights.
