Kim Zolciak Claims She And Kroy Are Not Being Evicted Says Kendra Davis Just Wants Attention

Apparently Kim Zolciak's landlord Kendra Davis is evicting her from the McMansion she's renting for her reality show Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding.Kim says it's not true.

Kim Zolciak and hubby Kroy Biermann are responding to being evicted from their home by landlord Kendra Davis who was Kim's interior decorator saying it's just a real estate deal gone sour.

After Kim was confronted by Marlo Hampton at the RHOA reunion taping she alluded to buying a home and not renting like she is when Kim said she and Kroy was in the process of buying a home but that went left.

Kim and Kroy got pissed of when they found out that $3M home was really valued at $2M and Kendra&Antonio Davis jacked the price up.

The ladies are not friends and Kendra is ready for Kim and Kroy to move.

Kim and Kroy are still at home and renting on a month to month basis as the lease was up May 31.

Kroy sent an email to Kendra dated March 29 2012  saying they didn't plan to renew so the lease officially terminated on May 30.Under the terms of the lease they are squatters and the lease says they are required to pay $600 every day they illegally stay in the house.Kendra said they have not paid a cent.

Kendra sent Kim and Kroy a letter today saying they are in the house illegally and must vacate immediately.
